Cancellation / Rental Policy
Our cancellation policy is very simple:
If you cancel no later than the number of days specified at purchase, you can request a refund from the business in your "My Account" area for a full refund, no questions asked.
If you miss the provided cancellation window, you may still request a refund from the company from which the purchase was made by contacting them through our website.
Example:
If the reservation has a 30 day cancellation window, you will only be granted a "no questions asked" refund if you cancel at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date.
- You can always contact the business from the "My Account" area where you find your reservation details.
- Each business may have a different number of days in which you can cancel.
- You can find the number of days in which you can make a cancellation in the shopping cart before you make a purchase as well as in your "My Account" area.
Note:
Holiday periods often have a longer cancellation window, meaning that you can often only cancel a purchase well in advance of the reservation date.
